White Lace 1
Pretty lace borders on a solid color. There is a lot of white, so it won't take up too much of your ink.
You can use these sheets as backing papers, but you can also cut around the lace and use as a border. Also, if you only need half a page, watch your printer and click 'cancel' when you see you have printed enough, that saves ink too.
Watch this space for pastel shades too...

I printed the sheet onto good quality, 250 gsm, card and trimmed off the white edges. I scored in at several places from the short edge, trimmed where needed and cut out an aperature to which I stuck some acetate behind. After sticking the box side down with template double sided tape I found the mid point of the rest of the card and scored it and folded it to make a card. I simply decorated this with a gold ribbon bow and a "Dymuniadau Gorau" (Best Wishes in Welsh) greeting and placed a gold bookmark in the box which I'd decorated with a string of red beads.
I hope that this shows that, as well as using background designs for the usual matting and layering, there are lots of other uses you can put such designs to and realy get value for money.
