I then backed it with gold paper and stuck it on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.){kind=link}

I printed and cut out this file. I stuck some 1/8" green ribbon on to some 3/8" ribbon and threaded that through the holes. I made a bow for the top and stuck that on with glue.
I then backed it with gold paper and stuck it on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.
