I printed and cut out this file and stuck the card on card stock. I then printed another copy and cut out the man and stuck it on the card with sticky tabs.

I resized and printed sheet out twice, cut out runner from second sheet and attached base sheet to white C5 card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with silver corner peel-offs.
