I printed this design out twice. The base layer I placed onto good quality card stock leaving a small border all round. From the second print I cut out the fisherman and then decoupaged this and the other elements on top.
To complete the card I placed silver peel off borders all round the edges.
First, I printed on a good quality of paper, twice for a extra decopage. After I cut out the fishing Dude, and layered with 3D pads. Finish the card with peel off borders.
