I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock and did a second print from which I cut out the desk and doctor and decoupaged these on top.
I then added a 'Happy Birthday' tag to the front of the desk.

I printed this sheet several times onto good quality photo paper. I attached one to a card blank and added the others in corner stacker layers with foam pads. I also added a border.
