Jack Russell Terrier on the Back of Her Sofa

My first dog, a Jack Russell terrier, would sulk if you pushed the sofa too close to the wall for her to hang off the back of it like the dog in this painting.

It was her favorite position and she would sit like this in the car, too, if you let her, hanging off the back of the passenger seat, obviously in charge of everything going on.
