Pretty Harlequin in Blue and Black A4 Topper

I printed the design twice onto quality photo paper, cut the harlequin from one and decoupaged it onto the full copy.

Onto a black square card I matted some gloss white card embossed with numbers.

I layered the image on an angle over it and added rub-on numbers and punctuation marks to the background. Finally I used small faux gems on the harlequin here and there. This is a lovely quirky image that could help celebrate many different occasions.
