I have designed this beautiful card for any type of "Congratulations" occasions: Birthday, Wedding, Engagement, anniversary etc. You can add some gems or glitter to it to give it even more rich look if you want.
Also can print a few sheets and decoupage your card, it will look adorable in either way.

I printed the sheet on to photo paper twice and trimmed the edges. I made an A4 card from two pieces of blue perlescent card ans stuck the card front to it.
I cut the butterfly from the second sheet and used foam pads down the body to stick it to the card, I added gems to decorate the butterfly's body and finally added a matching ribbon.
This sheet makes a stunning card and I love the colours.
